Even though Stone Carpet as a band still must be considered newcomers on the live stage their individual years on stage, prior to the founding of Stone Carpet, gives the trio a heavy foundation of skill and knowledge for each individual member to pick and choose from when performing live.

The EP "Silence!" was released in 2008 but quickly got back catalogued when the band went through a few changes and decided to start again with a clean slate. Now, one year later, Stone Carpets first official EP entitled "EEE" was released on Gourmé! Records in May, 2009.
